Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3-7 working days and delivery confirmed by way of booking Number.
Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Canvas and Aluminium Concepts is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Canvas and Aluminium Concepts will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.

Payment may be made via Visa or Master Card, credit cards or by bank transfer into the Canvas and Aluminium Concepts bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Canvas and Aluminium Concepts by Virtual Card Service (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).
